online appointments

i've noticed that i get a lot of calls from brides who live in other states, and are planning to have chicago weddings. so, i've decided to set up an online appointment/conference chatroom. nothing overly dynamic, just enough to be able to communicate a little quicker than with the standard back-and-forth email system. and the other great thing about it is that multiple people can join the chat, which is much better than a telephone call, too!
